Yes, our little fish Flounder passed away the day after we got him. Jon flushed him down the toilet. When Jon told Calvin all he could say is "That is sooo sad mom." Oh well, what do you do? I think the longest living carnival won Gold fish is somewhere between 3 and 5 days!

My nephew had a fish when he was little. He had a fish that he took to bed with him. And when he woke up and his fish wasn't moving he was so upset. My brother-in-law found out he got mad, but it was short lived when Colton told him "I just wanted to sleep with him daddy."
Anyway it's cute that Calvin thought that.
oh, that is too sad... but sounds like little calvin took it okay and is not completely traumatized by it!
