Jon, being the awesome, creative dad that he is decided to make Calvin his very own set of the brass plates. They went to the hardware store, got the materials (real brass) and they made them together. Calvin loved them, he carried them around for a whole day and then they disappeared. We searched everywhere and could not find those plates. So of course Jon made him some more. Now let's hope these don't get lost or stolen like the first set.

Is there any way he could have buried them in the back yard somewhere like Moroni did with the gold plates? He's smart enough to think of it.
How fun!!! Like Wendi said, you'll probably find those other brass plates in the funniest place!!
